American Umpire Bryan Caine joins the show again, this time to discuss the disastrous APL in Houston. Umpires execute a work stoppage when league organizers don't pay them as agreed. League organizer, Jay Mir, accuses umpires of "blackmail" and calls the police. A long list of suspect activities bring the wrong kind of attention to the league, in its second year.
